AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR SPEEDY PROCESSING TO ISSUE OF VARIOUS LICENSES, CLEARANCES AND CERTIFICATES REQUIRED FOR SETTING UP OF INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS FOR THE PROMOTION OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AND ALSO TO PROVIDE FOR AN INVESTOR FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.
