AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE FORMATION OF ANDHRA PRADESH STATE HANDLOOM WEAVERS’ CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED, BY AMALGAMATION OF THE ANDHRA HANDLOOM WEAVERS’ COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED, THE HYDERABAD HANDLOOM WEAVERS’ CENTRAL CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION LIMITED, AND THE RAYALASEEMA APEX WEAVERS’ CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH AND INDICENTAL THERETO.
