AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF SPECIFIED COUNTS OF VIABLE CELLS OF MICROORGANISM, VOLUME OF BIOFERTILIZER AND TO REFRAIN FROM THE PRODUCTION OF CONTRABAND OR SPURIOUS OR PHYTO-TOXI MATERIAL AND DESCRIPTION OF SPECIES OF MICRO ORGANISM IN THE MANUFACTURE OF A PARTICULAR TERMED BIO-FIRTILIZER AND TO MONITOR THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PRODUCT IN THE LABEL BY THE MANUFACTURER AND FOR THE MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.
