AN ACT TO ESTABLISH AND INCORPORATE A UNIVERSITY AT THE STATE LEVEL MAINLY TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP URDU LANGUAGE AND TO IMPART VOCATIONAL AND TECHINICAL EDUCATION IN URDU MEDIUM THROUGH CAMPUS BASED TEACHING AND DISTANCE EDUCATION MODES AND TO PROVIDE FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.
