AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE TAKING OVER, IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST, OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE RANGARAYA MEDICAL COLLEGE AT KAKINADA PENDING THE ACQUISITION OF THE SAID MEDICAL COLLEGE, WITH A VIEW TO SECURING THE PROPER MANAGEMENT OF THE SAID MEDICAL COLLEGE, AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.
