The Coffee Act, 1942

Section 26. Sales of coffee by the Board.

(1) The Board shall take all practical measures to market the coffee included in the surplus pool, and all sales thereof shall be conducted by or through the Board. (2) The Board may purchase for inclusion in the surplus pool coffee not delivered for inclusion in it.
