The Coffee Act, 1942

Section 46. Inspection of records of the Board and obtaining of copies.

Any registered owner 1*** may, subject to the prescribed conditions, inspect the records maintained by the Board and may on Payment of the prescribed fee obtain copies of any proceedings or orders of the Board.
