The Boilers Act, 2025

Section 32. Recovery of penalties.

(1) All penalties, fines and costs levied under this Act shall be recoverable as arrears of land-revenue. (2) The penalties, fines and costs levied under this Act shall be utilised in such manner as may be prescribed by the State Government.
