The All-India Institutes of Medical Science Act, 1956
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the 1[All-India Institutes of Medical Sciences] Act, 1956.
(2) It shall come into force on such date2 as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
