The Indian Red Cross Society Act, 1920
Section 12. Powers of Branch Committees.
Subject to the provisions of rules made under section 1[and the powers of supervision exercisable by the Managing Body thereunder], each Branch Committee shall have all power 2*** to receive gifts and expend all monies received by it for its purposes, either directly or through other societies or bodies.
