The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956
Section 22. Trials.
No court, inferior to that of 1[a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class] shall try any offence under section 3, section 4, section 5, section 6, section 7 or section 8.
