The Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973
Section 24. Members and officers of the Commission to be public servants.
All members and officers of the Commission shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
