The Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002

Section 93. Service of notice, etc., on metro railway administration.

Any notice or other document required or authorised by this Act to be served on a metro railway administration may be served-- (a) by leaving it at the office of the metro railway administration; or (b) by registered post to the office address of the metro railway administration.
