The New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994.
(2) It extends to New Delhi.
(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25th day of May, 1994.
