Section 181. Power of Chairperson to require owner to carry out certain works for satisfactory drainage.

For the purpose of efficient drainage of any premises, the Chairperson may, by notice in writing-- (a) require any courtyard, alley or passage between two or more buildings to be paved by the owner or owners of such buildings with such materials and in such manner as may be approved by the Chairperson, and (b) require such paving to be kept in proper repair.
