Section 24. Transmission of property in Indian vessel on death, insolvency, etc.

The property in an Indian vessel or share therein may be transmitted to a person on the death or insolvency of any registered owner or by any lawful means other than by a transfer under this Act subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
