Section 74. Health and safety protection and accident prevention.
Every ship owner shall ensure that seafarers working onboard the vessel are provided with occupational health protection and they live, work and train onboard vessel in a safe and hygienic environment, in accordance with such guidelines as the Director-General may by order, specify.
