Section 26. Disposal of carcass.
Every person in possession of carcass (or any part thereof) of any animal, which, at the time of its death, was infected with any scheduled disease or was suspected to have been infected, shall 1[dispose of it] in such manner as may be prescribed 2[by the Central Government].
