The Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007
Section 4. Establishment of Armed Forces Tribunal.
The Central Government shall, by notification, establish a Tribunal to be known as the Armed Forces Tribunal to exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred on it by or under this Act.
