The Reserve and Auxiliary Air Forces Act, 1952
Section 21. Persons eligible for enrolment.
Any citizen of India may offer himself for enrolment in the Auxiliary Air Force and may, if he satisfies the prescribed conditions, be so enrolled on such terms as may be prescribed.
