The Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978
Section 9. Power to try offences.
No court inferior to that of a Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, or as the case may be, Chief Judicial Magistrate, shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
