The International Monetary Fund and Bank Act, 1945
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This 1[Act] may be called the International Monetary Fund and Bank 1[Act], 1945.
(2) It extends to 2[the whole of India 3* * *].
(3) It shall come into force at once.
