The Industrial Reconstruction Bank (Transfer of Undertakings and Repeal) Act, 1997
Section 10. Act 18 of 1891 to apply to the books of Company.
The Company shall be deemed to be a bank for the purposes of the Bankers' Books Evidence Act, 1891.
