The Assam Rifles Act, 2006

Section 49. Violation of good order and discipline.

Any person subject to this Act who is guilty of any act or omission which, though not specified in this Act, is prejudicial to good order and discipline of the Force shall, on conviction by an Assam Rifles Court, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
