The Partition of Revenue-paying Estates Act, 1863
Section 2. Future Partitions to be made under provisions of Act.
All partitions of estates which shall be ordered to be made by the officers of Government after the passing of this Act, shall be made under the provisions of this Act, whatever may be the tenure of the estate ordered to be divided.
