The Partition of Revenue-paying Estates Act, 1863
Section 3. What Parties entitled to partition.
Every recorded proprietor of a joint undivided estate paving Revenue to Government, or of any portion thereof, whether such estate is held in common tenancy or otherwise, is entitled to claim partition under this Act.
