The Partition of Revenue-paying Estates Act, 1863
Section 51. Provisions of Act applied to partition of estates held free from payment of revenue.
The provisions of this Act may, in so far as the same are applicable be applied, by order of the Local Government to the partition of any estate held free from the payment of Government Revenue.
