The Recycling of Ships Act, 2019
Section 26. Appeal against decision of National Authority.
(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any decision made by the National Authority may file an appeal to the Central Government within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of such decision in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2) The appeal filed under sub-section (1) shall be disposed of in such manner as may be prescribed.
