The Recycling of Ships Act, 2019
Section 30. Act not to apply to certain ships.
The provisions of this Act shall not apply to such category of Indian ships, as the Central Government may, from time to time, by notification specify:
Provided that such ships shall be required to act in such manner as may be prescribed.
