The Admiralty (Jurisdiction and Settlement of Maritime Claims) Act, 2017
Section 6. Admiralty jurisdiction in personam.
Subject to section 7, the High Court may exercise admiralty jurisdiction by action in personam in respect of any maritime claim referred to in clauses (a) to (w) of sub-section (1) of section 4.
