The Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Act, 1962
Section 10. First Governing Body to take over management of properties of Sammelan.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any order of a court, the first Governing Body shall take over the management, control and administration of all the properties vested in the Sammelan.
