The Goa Education Development Corporation Act, 2003
Goa
To make special provision for securing the establishment and orderly development of educational institutions, services and facilities in the State of Goa, in particular in the educational areas and educational estates, and to assist generally in the organization thereof, and for that purpose to establish an Education Development Corporation, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.
