THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SIKH GURDWARAS AND RELIGIOUS ENDOWMENT ACT, 1973
Section 11. Composition of Committees.
Each Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee shall consist of 11 members of which President, VicePresident, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurers and six other members shall be elected by the members of the Committee.
