THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SIKH GURDWARAS AND RELIGIOUS ENDOWMENT ACT, 1973
Section 13. Term of membership.
The members of the Gurdwara Prabhandhak Committee shall hold office for 2[five years] from the date of its constitution.
