THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR KAHCHARAI ACT, 2011 (1954 A. D. )
Section 34. No compensation for loss or damage.
No owner of animals shall be entitled to claim compensation for any loss or damage occuring to such animals at any time while they remain or are lawfully detained at any Kahcharai post or elsewhere under the charge of the Kahcharai officer.
