THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR LAND REVENUE ACT, 1996 (1939 A.D.)
Section 1. Title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996.
(2) It extends to the 1[whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] 2[x x x].
(3) It shall come into force on publication in the 3[Official Gazette] in the prescribed manner.
