Section 5. Duties of occupier on the issue of notice under section 4.
On the issue of a notice under section 4,—
(i) it shall be the duty of every occupier within the affected area to carry out the preventive or remedial measures specified in such notice ; and
(ii) it shall be duty of every male person to render assistance in such manner as has been specified in the notice.
