THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR NAMDHA QUALITY CONTROL ACT, 2010 ( 1953 A.D. )
Section 6G. Cognizance of offences.
No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a complaint made by an Inspector in that behalf :
Provided that no such complaint shall be made without previous permission of the Government or any Officer authorised by it in this behalf.]
