THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR KHADI AND VILLAGE INDUSTRIES BOARD ACT, 1965
Section 20. Sanction of programme.
The Government may, in consultation with the Commission, approve and sanction the programme in whole or with such modification as it deems fit.
