THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SINGLE WINDOW (INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENTS AND BUSINESS FACILITATION) ACT, 2018
Section 23. Bar of Jurisdiction of Civil Court.
No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit on any matter relating to clearance of Industrial Investment or against any order issued under the provisions of this Act.
