THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR HERITAGE CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION ACT, 2010
Section 7. Constitution of Authority.
The Government may, by notification in the *[Government Gazette], constitute an Authority known as the “Jammu and Kashmir Heritage Conservation and Preservation Authority” for the purposes of exercising powers and performing the functions assigned to it under this Act.
