THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR BOARD OF SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT, 1975
Section 43A. Copy right.
(1) Copy right of all materials developed, printed and published by the Board shall vest with the Board itself.
(2) The Board may get material pertaining to School Education developed, published or printed from any agency as it may consider appropriate in the public interest.
