THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION ACT, 2002
Section 10. Officers of the Board.
The following shall be the officers of the Board :––
1. Secretary ;
2. Controller of Examinations ;
3. Financial Advisor ;
4. Law Officer ;
5. Such other officer(s) as the Regulations may declare to be the officers of the Board or as the Government may appoint.
