THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION ACT, 2002
Section 16. Eligibility of candidates.
No candidate shall be eligible to appear for the entrance test for any professional course unless he possesses such eligibility and qualification as the Government may prescribe for such professional course.
