THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION ACT, 2002
Section 20. Chairman, Members etc. to be public servants.
The Chairman, Members and other officers of the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the 1[Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)].
