THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION ACT, 2002
Section 26. Reports of the Board.
It shall be the duty of the Board to present annually to the Government a report as to the work done by the Board and the Government on receipt of such report, shall cause a copy thereof to be laid before the legislature.
