THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 1989
Section 85. Charge of debentures holders on certain properties.
The holders of the debentures shall have floating charge on
(a) all such mortgages and assets as are referred to in sub-section (4) of section 83 ;
(b) the amount paid under such mortgages and remaining in the hands of the Board or the Trustee ; and
(c) the other properties of the State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank.
