THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SCHOOL EDUC ATION ACT, 2002
Section 24. Indemnity.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any authority or officer in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under any provision of this Act or the rules framed thereunder.
