THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR SCHOOL EDUC ATION ACT, 2002
Section 26. Delegation of powers.
The Government may, by notification in the 1[Official Gazette], and subject to such conditions as it may specify, authorize any officer or authority subordinate to it to exercise any of the powers, except the power to make rules, exercisable by the Government under this Act.
