THE KASHMIR AND JAMMU UNIVERSITIES ACT, 1969
Section 38. Audit of accounts
The Accounts of a University shall, once in every year and at the intervals of not more than fifteen months, be audited by auditors appointed by the Government and a copy of the accounts together with the auditor’s report, shall be published in *[Government Gazette].
